To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, individual store exchange/refund policies are indicated under each store's virtual storefront. As a retail delivery service, we allow stores to post their own policies and procedures when generating an exchange/refund. Customers should check the policy of the store they are ordering from prior to making their purchase.
As of now, customers are responsible for returning unwanted items to the store from which they purchased. Because we value the time of both the store and the customer, we are working on future updates to include return deliveries via our drivers.
